In the 21st century, we are confronted with the increasing complexity of life and frequent disruptive revolutions that increase our need for Wisdom.
There is a misleading tendency to think that more information and more advanced artificial intelligence will be able to handle all that. Interestingly, this misleading notion was already recognized by biologist E.O. In the 20th century, Wilson wrote, "We are drowning in information, while we are starving for wisdom" and Stephen Hawking warned, "The future is a race between the increasing power of technology and our ability to use it effectively." In this race, wisdom must win".
Throughout human history, humans have never had such immediate, easy, and extensive access to information as we do today, and current AI machines such as the ChatGPT provide us with instant answers to all our questions in easily digestible forms like pills that all we need to do is swallow them. However, that does not mean that we became wiser. the opposite of a thing. This is a paradox that we must recognize. To recover the capacity to think, plan and activate the Wisdom hidden within us as humans, we must recognize, learn and act upon this paradox.
